Smoking Ceremonies at Walawaani Way

Yuin Nation Brock and the Smoking Ceremony

A welcome to the land and a ceremony to wish the spirit onto the next Journey… not a beginning, nor an end.

We’ve had some wonderful experiences with Warren Foster and Brock Tutt carrying out cultural ceremonies for natural burial.

They carry a profound cultural resonance, grounding a space and its people with purpose, respect and connection to Country.

When led by experienced Aboriginal Elders or cultural practitioners like Warren and Brock, the combination of story, native botanicals and ancient tradition creates a memory that lingers long after the smoke clears.

Natives leaves smouldering during a traditional ceremony.
